The Art of Embracing Process

Our adventure begins by learning and applying the Art of Embracing process. We've all experienced spontaneous experiences of this embracing state. The objective here is to learn how to access this transformative experience at will.

Art of Embracing

In 6 weekly teleclasses you’ll be repeatedly guided through the embracing process, step-by-step. As we move through the 6 weeks you'll experience the embracing energetic pathway over and over and over again. With each subsequent embrace it becomes easier to access and navigate this embracing pathway and easier to access higher states of consciousness at will.

Through your own direct experience, you'll discover how to...

  • approach things that bother you in a way that feels comfortable
  • create high vibrational resources
  • drop judgment, resistance and fear so that you can BE more fully present
  • perceive patterns as energetic structures
  • bring the that part of your Beingness that's entrapped in a pattern back into wholeness, Oneness
  • free this Beingness to BE and express more fully within your physical experience
  • hold higher states in your awareness longer

Each week you’ll experience freeing yourself just a little bit more, and then a little bit more again. You'll discover how easy it can be to free yourself from the patterns that block you from knowing who you really are as a multi-dimensional Being. And with each embrace you'll begin to experience more and more of your multi-dimensional Beingness.

Each session is cumulative, and as a result, your trust in your abilities and your trust in the process both grow quickly. You’ll see and feel the changes that are naturally unfolding in your life experience as a result of this work.
  • mp3 Recordings of each teleclass
    • The obvious benefit is if you can’t make a session, you can listen to the recording when you do have time.
    • These recordings are also a great tool to assist you during the beginning stages as you practice on your own. For example, if anger arises in your experience, you can listen to that track and that will assist you in your practice.
    • You'll also benefit by listening to the recordings in your “normal” state of consciousness as this will help you develop a greater understanding of this transformational process on the mental level. (accessible via download link)
  • The Art of Embracing Guide Book. This guide contains Art of Embracing Guidelines, Tips & Troubleshooting Techniques. This guide is designed to help you if you get stuck. Below are just a few questions that are addressed in the Guide.
