Post Session Self-Care
- After a session it’s important to drink lots of extra water. This additional liquid assists in the release of the old energies from the physical body and supports the integration of the new energies/beliefs/perspectives.
- If you feel moved, it’s also very supportive to take a bath with Epsom salts or sea salt.
- If possible, try not to schedule "busy" events after a session.
- If affirmations came up for you in the session, take time each day to repeat them aloud while connecting with the feeling of those affirmations.
- And most importantly, be gentle and kind with yourself. 🙂
